Year 2004:“ChangAi” established

New milestone

The new starting point

Year 2015:

participate in the revision of the national standards for the Determination of Trace Moisture in Gas Analysis;

Based on the principle of constant current injection, the high temperature humidity instrument has been successfully developed. Its technology has become the first in China and the world's leading;

It can be used in high temperature, high humidity, fat, solvent, high pollution, strong corrosion and other gas environment for a long time, and can achieve no need of calibration breakthrough;

Innovative patented technologyThe research and development of the flow ratio control device based on solenoid valve has successfully solved the problems of low precision and poor reliability of the switch control and continuous control mode in the prior art of the SMT nitrogen protection atmosphere furnace;

The research and development of high efficiency and high quality CO2 recovery monitoring system is successful, which provides scientific data support for CO2 recovery and utilization balance of CO2 recovery enterprises;

At the same time, it is helpful to reduce energy consumption, reduce carbon emissions, reduce costs, and has milestone significance;

The terminal for monitoring and controlling the oxygen in the plateau dispersion environment has been launched, so that the desire of the plateau area pipeline to carry oxygen to the family can be realized, and people can enjoy life on the plateau.

     

Year 2016

The establishment of the sensor company, the shift of Chang Ai from "manufacturing" to "creating," laid a solid foundation for Chang Ai to master the core technology for independent innovation in the future, and ensured the stronger development of Chang Ai;

A new type of aluminum oxide humidity sensor based on "Chang Ai" proprietary technology has been successfully developed, which solves the current requirements of the conventional aluminum oxide dew point sensor calibration frequently (twice a year) and storage environment;

The disadvantages of drying, the realization of the use process without calibration, measurement signal without drift, storage conditions without requirements;

Aiming at the field of municipal biogas engineering monitoring, Chang Ai developed a multi-component analyzer of biogas, which uses the independent innovation patented technology-infrared and fuel cell principle sensors, and has friendly and intuitive man-machine interface and printing function, creating industry pioneer.


Year 2017:

Feisi Instrument (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established;

Shenzhen Chang Ai Company was established;

The successful development of the TDLAS analyzer indicates that "Chang Ai" has taken a new step in the field of laser analysis;

The success of the research and development of the new material polymer thin film humidity sensor depends on this new material, and the ultra-low humidity signal and stability of the polymer thin film sensor are improved to the utmost level;

The invention has the advantages of high humidity response of general polymer film sensor, and has unprecedented low humidity response.

 

Year 2018

A folded optical path laser gas analyzer based on TDLAS technology innovation is introduced;

Excellent optical measurement technology is suitable for various processes, solves the limitations of in-situ laser, and eliminates the revolutionary breakthrough of pre-processing device and almost no maintenance.Provide users with faster measurement, more efficient production and unparalleled ease of use;

A new generation of thermal gas mass flow meter has been successfully developed, and a "fixed proportion difference" method has been proposed innovatively, which overcomes the imperfection and the most challenging requirements of the existing methods, improves the accuracy and repeatability of the meter, and provides the best overall solution for energy efficiency management for customers;

The nitrogen oxide sensor with independent intellectual property rights and mastering the core technology has been successfully developed.It provides an economical and reliable solution for the exhaust gas after SCR and EGR treatment of diesel vehicles to meet the stringent national six emission standards."Chang Ai" has obtained over ten years of many invention patents, hundreds of utility models and patented technologies, and nine registered trademarks of "Chang Ai".

 


Year 2019

Changai Shanghai headquarters moved to a new location. 

The establishment of Malaysia Chang Ai Technology (M) Sdn Bhd

took a solid step for Chang Ai to go global;

The new digital proportional valve developed for the wave-crest welding furnace and reflow welding furnace has been successfully developed, and the controlled nitrogen flow rate reaches above 1000L/min;

Chang Ai's paper published in the Papers Series of the 23rd National Conference on special gases was named the third prize for outstanding papers at the conference.
